A team passionate about customer experience and aiming differentiation through the same.
All the founders have worked on different aspects of customer experience for more than 15 to 22 years each and helped clients to improve people-process and technology interventions.

The evolution
A need for a unified platform for managing customer experience across various departments always existed. This was coupled with a need for business leaders to get a 360 degree view of their business to take various critical decisions which could actually bring changes that were of significance.
We saw an opportunity here and in 2012 Enhancier was christened with the objective of getting some of the critical issues of business leaders addressed.
Since then the journey has seen twists and turns and so did the product grow from a mere contact center support application to a full fledged CRM with modules like, sales, customer service, order management, inventory management, marketing & campaign management, email response & social CRM. An application that can now be integrated with third party gateways, applications & other business engines.

Rajesh Mallaya
During my days of managing customer experience I used to find extremely difficult to deploy different business processes and engagement methods through available solution and platforms. Any change for them was like a huge project. On other hand drawings insights and intelligent using data from different communication platform and the customer history, tickets and orders was another mammoth task. I saw customer experience leaders frustrated due to these limitations. Clearly there was a need for a flexible, well thought through integrated product comprising of communication platform along with CRM capabilities and provided a solution to deliver a unique customer experience painlessly, and that Enhancier for us, helping CX leaders and business leaders deliver their Signature Customer Experience.
I completed my schooling from IIT Madras and ISB, Hyderabad and worked with diverse industries. I enjoy working on business and technical challenges. I love travel and at every possible moment I hit the road with my wife Rajeshwari and my daughter Shuktika. We love driving places, trekking and enjoy country side food.
Tiju Andrews
With over 2 decades of experience in various customer centric verticals I have lead few of the largest customer interaction businesses in India. Having worked on some of the best customer interaction tools, I always felt there was a void in the CX space when it came to serving customers. With the changing trend in customer engagement strategies I felt there was a clear need for CRM technology to evolve and surge new dimensions. This is what lead me to collaborate with like minded individuals to launch a unified CRM & communications platform.
I hail from “Gods own country”, Kerala, did my schooling from one of the prestigious schools in the serenity of the Nilgiris, went on to graduate in Commerce from one of the prestigious colleges in India. I relate very closely to the movie “two states” & no prizes for guessing why. My early career days in Delhi eventually culminated being blessed with my life partner Richa. My bucket list includes Zorbing in New Zealand, skydiving over the Alps, snorkeling at the Norman reef & a drive on highway 1.


Kartik Anand
I have over 20 years of B2B experience in marketing, sales and technology startups. As Chairman, I provide strategic inputs and directions to top management and also executive support for our finance, technology and business development. In addition to my role at iTech Series, I serve as President at XDBS Corporation, a leading B2B demand generation company with 6 global locations and over 800 employees. I am also Principal at KANN Ventures, where I manage investments in various sectors including Technology, Media, Publishing, Entertainment, Hospitality, Food and Retail. Enhancier has grown rapidly in the last 2 years and foresees technology as an enabler for all sectors.
I received my Masters from Annamalai University and have completed various management courses including PGCSM from IIM Calcutta.
Ashish Pokharna
I am the proprietor of Ronak Builders established in 2004 started my journey towards success in the early age of 23. Building Ahmednagar’s infrastructure with award winning, commercial & residential projects for years.
Later in 2007, in a joint venture started with AnuRon Infrastructures. Today AnuRon is a renowned name, creating benchmarks in Ahmednagar. Always being passionate about what I do, leaving no substitute for hard work.
Achieving goals which are challenging & involves calculated risk was my only way to work harder. And so 11-11-11 marked a historical day for Ahmednagar. As AnuRon announced its one of a kind luxurious hotel Iris Premier to be opened. Today best know for its hygiene, food quality, taste& a peaceful stay.
Also spreading my arms into Automobile sector blow molding, IT I had it all in his bag. Now I believe that startups are the future of INDIA.
