Enhancier CX Solution Pvt Ltd ( “Enhancier CX”, “we”, “us”, “our” , “ours” or the “Company”) values your privacy, so we are committed to transparently explain what information we may collect and how we protect your data when you use our product or when you subscribe to our service. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) document intends to provide you with information on how we treat the personal data we may collect about you and therefore you are requested to read this Policy in full prior to using our product and service.
This Policy describes how Enhancier CX collects and processes Personal Data in its capacity as a controller (i.e. Enhancier CX decides what Personal Data is collected and what it is used for) or processor (i.e. Enhancier CX only processes the data as per the controller’s instructions), as the case may be. It also describes your choices regarding use, access and correction of your Personal Data.
We use your data to provide and improve our product(s) and service(s). By using our product(s) and service(s), you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. This Policy document intends to provide you with information on how we treat the personal data we may collect about you and therefore you are requested to read this Privacy Policy in full prior to using our product(s) and service(s).
- Policy Coverage
This Policy applies to (i) entities or individuals, including End-Users and Users, who have subscribed to our product(s) and service(s) and have agreed to the Terms Of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer” , “you” , “your” or “yours” ) and (ii) any individuals ( hereinafter referred to as the “Individuals” , “you” , “your” or “yours” ) from whom Enhancier CX collects data as a controller.This policy applies to the following processing activities :
- Visiting our websites which display or link through to this Policy;
- Using our product page(s) which display or link through to this Policy;
- Using our product API(s);
- Registering for our events; newsletters; webinars ; product trail periods
- Visiting our offices;
- Receiving communications from us, including emails, texts or fax;
When product(s) and service(s) are provided by third parties, the privacy policy / statement of the third party applies, and this Policy does not apply. Our websites may contain links to other websites, applications and services maintained by third parties. The privacy policy and information security practices of such other services are governed by the third-party privacy polices / statements. We strongly encourage you to review and better understand the privacy practices of those third parties. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
This Policy does not apply to the extent we offer our customers various cloud products and services through which our customers may create their own websites and applications running on our platforms, sell or offer their own products and services, send electronic communications to other individuals, and collect and analyze Personal Data from individuals.
- What data do we collect
The Personal Data that we collect directly from you may include the following :
- If you express an interest in obtaining additional information about our services, request customer support, use our “Contact Us” or similar features, register to use our websites, sign up for an event, seminar or webinar, or download certain content, we generally require you to provide us with your contact information, such as your first name, last name, job title, company name, mailing address, phone number, email address, IP address, geographic location, or username and password;
- If you makes purchases via our websites or register for an event, we may also require you to provide us with financial information and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number, or bank account information;
- If you use certain telephony service features, we may also collect telephony log information (like phone numbers, time and date of calls, duration of calls, SMS routing information and types of calls), device event information (such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser language), and location information (through IP address, GPS, and other sensors that may, for example, provide us with information on nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points and cell towers).
- If you apply for an open position by populating the application form, we may collect your (i) contact information, such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number, links to your social networking profiles; and (ii) any other information contained in the resume that you submit to us. If you register for an online community that we host, we may ask you to provide a username, photo and/or biographical information, such as your occupation, social media profiles, company name, and areas of expertise;
- If you use and interact with our websites and our product, we automatically collect log files and other information about your device and your usage of our websites through cookies, web beacons or similar technologies, such as IP-addresses, device and application identification numbers, your location, your browser type, your Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, the pages and files you viewed, your searches, your operating system and system configuration information and date/time stamps associated with your usage, which may qualify as Personal Data.
- If you visit our offices, you may be required to register as a visitor and to provide your name, email address, phone number, company name and time and date of arrival.
- How do we process collected data
- Sign-up, Register on website or for an events, billing and account information.
When you subscribe and sign-up to any of our product(s) and service(s), we may collect your (i) contact information such as your first name, last name, job title, company name and website URL, company details, mailing address, phone number, email address, IP address, geographic location, or username and password of the Account admin; (ii) billing information, such as credit card number and billing address; (iii) name and e-mail address of user(s) to provide feedback from within the product(s) and service(s); and (iv) unique identifiers, such as username, account number or password.
Subject to this Policy, we will use such data, including without limitation, to (i) provide you the product(s) and service(s); (ii) send you communication from the product(s) and service(s); (iii) assess needs of your business to determine or suggest suitable product(s) and service(s); (iv) send you requested information about the product(s) and service(s); (v) respond to customer service requests, questions and concerns; (vi) administer your Account; (vii) send you promotional and marketing communications (where you have requested us to do so); and (viii) facilitate your transactions with other users when you use our product(s) and service(s). - Single Sign-On.Enhancier CX provides product(s) and service(s); which allows Individuals to log in using sign-in services such as Google, Facebook Connect and LinkedIn. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain Personal Data with us such as your name ; e-mail address and other details. Services like Google, Facebook Connect, Twitter, LinkedIn give you the option to post information about your activities on our website(s) , product(s) or service(s) to your profile page and to share information with others within your network.
- Managing payments.If you have provided financial information, we will process your respective Personal Data to check the financial qualifications and collect payments to the extent this is necessary for completing transaction with you under the contract entered into with you.
- Careers At Enhancier.
When you apply for an open position by populating the application form, we may collect your (i) contact information, such as first name, last name, email address, mailing address, phone number, links to your social networking profiles; and (ii) any other information contained in the resume that you submit to us.
Subject to this Policy, we will use such data to evaluate you for the open position that you have applied for or any position that we consider you suitable for at the time you submit your resume or at any later date. Unless you notify us otherwise by an e-mail to support@enhancier.com, we will retain such data for a period of 1 year for archival purposes. If you wish to update the data you provided to us, you may do so by contacting us at support@enhancier.com. For the purposes of evaluating you for an open position, you understand that we may internally rate you based on parsing of your resume and your information. If you do not wish to be rated by us, please do not provide us your information. - Program Registrations.
When you register for any of our programs like events ; seminars and webinars through a registration form on our websites, we may collect information such as first name, last name, e-mail address, company name and website URL, company details, location and contact information.Subject to this Policy, we will use such data, including without limitation, to (i) facilitate your use of the program portal for which you have registered; (ii) send you communication from within the products(s) and service(s); (iii) send you requested information about our products(s) and service(s); (iv) respond to your requests, questions and concerns; and (v) send you promotional and marketing communications (where you have requested us to do so). - Public forums and Newsletters.
When you visit our publicly accessible community forums and blogs, you should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. Further, we may collect your (i) contact information such as name, e-mail address, mailing address, or phone number; (ii) information about your business, such as company name, company size, business type; and (iii) a short bio about you to identify you as the author of the post. When you actively subscribe to our newsletters, we collect your e-mail address to share our newsletters with you.
Subject to this Notice, we will use such data, including without limitation, to (i) assess needs of your business to determine or suggest suitable products(s) and service(s); (ii) send you requested information about the products(s) and service(s); (iii) send you promotional and marketing communications (where you have requested us to do so); and (iv) respond to your questions and concerns. - Testimonials.
We may post your testimonials/comments/reviews on our websites which may contain your Personal Data. Prior to posting the testimonial, we will obtain your consent to post your name along with the testimonial. If you want your testimonial removed, please contact us at support@enhancier.com.
You understand that we will not be liable to any person for unauthorized publishing of testimonials by third party publisher, customers of other product(s) and service(s). - Web Beacons and Log Files.
We and our third party advertising partners use technologies such as web beacons in analyzing trends, administering the website, tracking users’ movements around the site, and gathering demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual and aggregated basis.
As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. We link this automatically collected data to other data we collect about you.
Subject to this Policy, we will use such data, including without limitation, to (i) provide you the product(s) and service(s); (ii) send you communication from the product(s) and service(s); (iii) assess needs of your business to determine or suggest suitable product(s) and service(s); (iv) send you requested information about the product(s) and service(s); (v) respond to customer service requests, questions and concerns; (vi) administer your Account; (vii) send you promotional and marketing communications (where you have requested us to do so); and (viii) facilitate your transactions with other users when you use our product(s) and service(s). - Analytics.Apart from the aforementioned information collected by us, we automatically receive and record certain Personal Data of yours when you visit our websites, product(s) and service(s). This includes device model, IP address, the type of browser being used, usage pattern through cookies and browser settings, query logs and product usage logs. We also collect clicks, scrolls, conversion and drop-off on our Websites and Service(s) to render user journey at real-time.
Subject to this Policy, we will use such data, including without limitation, to (i) assess needs of your business to determine or suggest suitable websites, product(s) and service(s); (ii) send you requested information about the websites, product(s) and service(s); (iii) respond to customer service requests, questions and concerns; and (iv) for analytical purposes. You authorize Enhancier CX and its service providers to perform analytics on such collected data, to (i) improve, enhance, support and operate the websites; product(s) and service(s) and (ii) compile statistical reports and record insights into usage patterns. You acknowledge that Enhancier CX uses collected data, as the case may be, for the aforementioned purposes.
- How we use Cookies
“Cookies” are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters that are downloaded by your web browser when you visit a website. The use of cookies is very common. When you visit our website(s) or product(s) or service(s), our servers or an authorized third party may place a cookie on your browser, which can collect information, including Personal Data, about your online activities over time and across different sites. We use cookies and similar technologies such as Javascript, web beacons or HTML tags alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information about usage of our website(s) , product(s) and service(s) and interaction with emails from us. To use our product(s) and service(s) effortlessly and seamlessly we use three types of cookies
1) Required Cookies : Required cookies enable you to navigate our websites and use their features, such as accessing secure areas of the websites, show-hide navigation panels etc. If you have chosen to identify yourself to us, we may place on your browser a cookie that allows us to uniquely identify you when you are logged into the websites and to process your online transactions and requests. The information provided to third parties does not include Personal Data, but this information may be re-associated with Personal Data after the Company receives it.

Enhancier CX may also contracts with third party advertising networks that collect IP addresses and other information from web beacons on our websites, from emails, and on third-party websites. Advertising networks follow your online activities over time and across different sites or other online services by collecting device and usage data through automated means, including through the use of cookies. These technologies may recognize you across the different devices you use, such as a desktop or laptop computer, smartphone or tablet. Third parties use this information to provide advertisements about products and services tailored to your interests. You may see their advertisements on other websites or mobile applications on any of your devices. This process also helps us manage and track the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
- How long is cookie data and personal data retained
All Required Cookies expires from your computer when you close your web browser software or turn off your computer. Functional Cookies and Advertising Cookies placed by Enhancier CX and listed above expire after 12 months.Enhancier CX will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. Enhancier CX will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

- Who do we share Personal Data with
Except as outlined in this Policy, Personal Data contained will never be sold to or shared with other companies or organizations for commercial purposes. We use contractors and third-party service providers ( “Sub-Processors” ) who may collaborate with us ( provide services such as IT and System administration and hosting , credit card processing , research and analytics , marketing , customer support and data enrichment ) on development or maintenance of our product(s) and service(s) and such third-party contractors or service providers may obtain access to the information you provide, including personally identifiable information. According to the GDPR, these companies are also accountable for protection of an individual’s personal data. The Sub-Processors are required to protect this information and must not use the information for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for us, in a way described in their privacy policies. We process Personal Data in the United States and the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and in other countries through third parties that we may use.Enhancier CX uses both infrastructure Sub-Processors and API services Sub-Processors to provide better product(s) and service(s) to you.

Enhancier CX maintains a robust backup plan where data is distributed and stored in multiple secure locations. Data backup is retained for a stipulated period and then removed from the system. All personal data is stored and transferred in compliance with applicable global regulations.If Enhancier CX is involved in a merger or reorganization, sell a website or business unit, or if all or a portion of our business, assets or stock are acquired by another company, we may transfer some or all of your Personal Data to such third party. In accordance with applicable laws, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such transfer of Personal Data to an unaffiliated third party as processing of your Personal Data will be required for the purposes set out in “Purposes for which we process Personal Data and on which legal bases” section above.

If you are an individual resident in EEA, you have the following data protection rights regarding Personal Data :
- If you wish to access, correct, update or request deletion of your Personal Data, you can do so at any time by contacting us.

Our product(s) and service(s) does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any Personal Data through our website(s) , product(s) and service(s). We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data through our website(s) , product(s) and service(s) without their permission.
